The magic is in the movement. CrossFit workouts are different every day and can be modified to help each athlete achieve their goals. The workouts may be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.

Imagine the hardest part of your journey was just to show up? Once you’re here, you’ll be met with an incredibly supportive group of people that just want to help you succeed with them. It’s hard to stay motivated by yourself, so why not let others bring you up?

New to CrossFit? When joining CrossFit Wicked, you will go through a fundamentals program to be introduced with the CrossFit methodology. By working one on one with a certified CrossFit trainer, you will be introduced to many of the exercises we perform in class. This program is focused on learning the exercises safely and performing your first couple “WODs” to get you acclimated with our class structure.

Fundamentals is a 12 week program starting with personal training sessions, unlimited CrossFit classes, and monthly skill sessions to work specifically on your goals. This can also be paired with our 12 week nutrition program to help you really achieve next level results!
