CrossFit Wicked Kids is BACK!!

Our CrossFit Kids program is designed to offer a fun and engaging way for kids to improve their health and fitness through exercise.

Each class focuses on learning proper technique to improve how they move while having the best hour of their day while reducing their risk of injury outside the gym.

Monthly memberships and punchcards available for all our CrossFit Kids programs.

Ages 5-9

This class focuses on fun games and learning the basic mechanics of how we move: pushing, pulling, squating, and hinging.

Your kid will learn how to safely and effectively use their body using their own bodyweight and light weights.

The focus of this class is to have as much fun as possible while developing a love for lifelong fitness!

Sundays 9:00-9:45

Ages 10-14

Our middle school program is run similar to our adult programs where we will perform a strength and workout every day.

The focus of this class is to learn proper mechanics first and move fast second.

By building a solid foundation of strength and improving their conditioning, your kids will be set up for success outside the gym while reducing the risks of injury.

Mondays and Wednesdays 5:15-6:15

Fridays 6:30-7:30
