CrossFit Wicked utilizes constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity to simulate the demands placed on athletes. By combining high intensity movements with a comprehensive strength and speed program, we create unparalleled fitness for athletes of all levels.



The CrossFit Wicked Sports Performance Program addresses all ten components of fitness. Focusing on all ten aspects of fitness builds a well-rounded athlete without any glaring weaknesses. You are only as strong as your weakest link. Without a weak link, you are less susceptible to injury. We believe in a strong foundation for your future athletic career.

For high schoolers, our program challenges high school athletes of all levels to reach their full athletic potential. The program focuses on increasing strength through “the big three,” building explosive power with the Olympic lifts and creating Wicked conditioning utilizing high intensity interval training. Building a solid foundation of strength and conditioning while in high school prepares you for the rigorous training schedule of college athletics.

For middle schoolers, our program helps young athletes build a solid foundation for not just their upcoming sports season but also for their budding athletic careers. They will learn proper technique and gain general strength and endurance by weight lifting, high intensity interval training, and body weight movements.


Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00PM to 5:00PM 

1 Class per week $75/month

2 Classes per week $125/month
